Four-agent AI assistant for HR
A live assistant that answers recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and compliance questions inside the HRIS itself.
Context
Recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and compliance questions each needed their own back-and-forth before someone actually got an answer.
What was needed
One assistant that could handle all four areas correctly. Not a chatbot that sounded confident but got the details wrong.
Work I did
I shipped a live four-agent assistant covering all four areas. I worked with our CTO on the orchestration layer that routes each question to the right agent, grounded its answers in live HRIS data, and set accuracy benchmarks with human review built in.
What helped
I insisted on the accuracy benchmarks before we scaled it up, rather than shipping fast and hoping it held.
Results
The assistant is live today across all four areas and helped grow HRIS ARR by 2X.
