Zapier-style automations removed manual, repetitive steps from the recruitment and onboarding modules.
Context
HR teams already lived in the recruitment and onboarding modules, but much of what they did there was just repeating the same manual steps over and over.
What was needed
Something that removed those steps without forcing HR teams to pick up a new tool, since most of them barely had time to learn the one they already had.
Work I did
I built Zapier-style automations directly into the HRIS, so finishing one action would kick off the next one on its own, across recruitment and employee onboarding.
What helped
I picked the two or three steps HR teams repeated the most and fixed those first, instead of trying to automate every workflow at once.
Results
Module activation jumped 5X in three months. Monthly active users went from 10,000 to 25,000, and ARR grew 4X over 18 months.
