I shipped compliance filing workflows directly into the HRIS payroll module, so employers could prepare and submit statutory returns and remit payroll taxes without ever leaving the HRIS or logging into a government portal.

I mapped out exactly where employers were losing time — manual coordination, data prep, portal uploads — before deciding what to automate.
